MAUVAIS CHOIX DU D\u00c9BIT D&rsquo;AIR<br \/>\nUn d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;air trop faible allonge le temps d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation des fum\u00e9es de sablage, ce qui ralentit la vitesse de creusement du tunnel. Un d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;air sup\u00e9rieur aux besoins entra\u00eene des co\u00fbts d&rsquo;investissement et des co\u00fbts de fonctionnement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour les ventilateurs.<\/p>\n<p>2. DIAM\u00c8TRE DE CONDUIT INCORRECT<br \/>\nLe diam\u00e8tre du conduit d\u00e9termine la vitesse du flux d&rsquo;air et la pression \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du conduit. La pression dans les conduits d\u00e9termine le nombre de ventilateurs et\/ou leur puissance nominale, ainsi que leur charge \u00e9lectrique. Cette charge est directement proportionnelle aux co\u00fbts d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leur fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>3. VENTILATEUR INAD\u00c9QUAT<br \/>\nLe ventilateur doit \u00eatre choisi en fonction de la capacit\u00e9, en fonction de la pression et du d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;air calcul\u00e9s dans les conduits. Un d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;air trop faible nuit \u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du creusement, ce qui r\u00e9duit la rentabilit\u00e9 du projet. Un d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;air trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 entra\u00eene une pression plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans les conduits, ce qui augmente les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p>4. FUITES DANS LES CONDUITS<br \/>\nLors du calcul du d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;air requis par le portique de ventilation par rapport au d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;air requis pour le front de creusement, il faut toujours supposer une fuite dans les conduits. Cette fuite d\u00e9pend de la conception des joints de chaque section de conduit, de la qualit\u00e9 des conduits et de la qualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9parations.<\/p>\n<p>5. D\u00c9FLUX D&rsquo;AIR INAD\u00c9QUAT<br \/>\nNormalement, un d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;air maximal est requis pour l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation des fum\u00e9es apr\u00e8s le sablage et lors du d\u00e9blaiement. Un d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;air r\u00e9duit est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement acceptable lors de travaux tels que le forage, le d\u00e9capage et le chargement.
