Ils sont sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour les zones de travail (salles de pr\u00e9paration des aliments, couloirs) et les produits sensibles \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature (viande, poisson, fruits, etc.) o\u00f9 un flux d’air indirect est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9. Ils peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s avec un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 d\u00e9tente directe R744 hautement durable ou une boucle de saumure.<\/p>\n
